Millburn Township: Cash Ledger for Millburn Township Government, 1919-1921

Archive
152-page, cloth-covered income-and-expenses ledger for Millburn Township government for the years 1919-1921. Income and expenses recorded on the first 109 pages of this ledger, which has leather corners. Other than the handwritten entries, the pages are clean. The pastedown and free endpapers have browning at the corners (from the leather corner pieces or the adhesive used to adhere the leather corners. Acquired years before, when the town was disposing of records in their basement and asked the historical society if they wanted to go through them first. Because of time constraints, the HS took all the boxes and stored them over Mara Seibert's carriage house on Highland Avenue, for years, until she decided to move.
