Pitcher & Manda: American Bulb Company Take Over Announcement, 1897

Announcement to the Trade from Pitcher & Manda's Seed and Bulb Department dated Short Hills, N.J., June 12, 1897 that the Wholesale Jobbing Department of the American Bulb Company, organized by E.C. McFadden, former manager of Pitcher & Manda have succeeded to the Seed and Bulb business of Pitcher & Manda and have purchased all the stock, right, interest and good-will of that department. The announcement states that the business will continue to operate out of Short Hills but will be moved to New York City in January 1898.
