McFadden, former manager of Pitcher & Manda have succeeded to the Seed and Bulb business of Pitcher & Manda and have purchased all the stock, right, interest and good-will of that department. The announcement states that the business will continue to operate out of Short Hills but will be moved to New York City in January 1898.
