Blueprints for 1930 house for J.P. Campanella

Seven attached pages of blueprints dated 1/16/1930. On box in lower right page of front of house sheet is noted, "Comm. #117; House at Short Hills, N.J. for Mr. J.P. Campanella; Designer & Builder - Job 251; Andrew Palmieri; Architect; 215 So. Essex Ave., Orange, N.J.; Date 1/16/30". 1936 Millburn directory shows J.P. Campanella residence to be at 53 Spring Street in Millburn. Plans are tattered with folds , edgewear and edge tears. There is a piece missing from lower right corner of page 7 and 5.5" tear from mid right side of page 6. Pages 6 and 7 both have groundplan drawings on back of them as well. Purchased on Ebay.
