Envelope has been used and has 3 cents stamp in upper right corner with Short Hills Postmark with above date. Envelope is addressed in light purple script to: "Dr. H.B. Miller; 5402- 32nd Ave.; Woodside, L.I. N.Y.". On back is Flushing, N.Y. postmark in black. Purchased on eBay.
