Cover of four page, single sheet, folded item says only, "Wine List" with sketches of wine bottles above and below writing. Inside left and right are lists of wines and champagnes. Back page with Chanticler name and minimum charges for service. Wine list with some mild fading and small 0.5" crease on all pages approx. 1.75" from top on right side.
