In lower left corner is 1.75" X 1.25" black and white drawing of ground floor titled, "Ground Plan". Along entire left side is approx. 1" block with writing from bottom to top along side, "American Architect and Building News, Apr. 25, 1883. No. 38". Tiny writing underneath says, "Copyrighted 1883 James R. Osgood & Co." The sketch was colored "post production," by St. Croix Architecture.
