Scope and ContentOne of the original Woodfield Estates homes, constructed in c. 1928. The first owner was Charles A. Smith, Vice-President of Manufacturer's Trust Company, New York City. The house was later purchased by Kenneth B. and Jeanette R. Wiss. The house was demolished in 2023.
