Constitution Bicentennial: Millburn Township Proclamation of Constitution Day, 1998

Proclamation signed by Millburn Township Mayor Elaine Becker on September 15, 1998, proclaiming September 17, 1998 as Constitution Day in the Township of Millburn. There were several events around town honoring the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution.
