Rose, Secretary of the Neighborhood Association of Millburn Township announcing that the next meeting of the Executive Board would be held on Tuesday, December 2, 1913 at 10:00 am. Handwritten note in pencil states "Phoned of Resignation." Presumably, Bessie Kellogg resigned from the board at the time.
