Farley, Proprietor.
Frederick C. Farley moved to Millburn from New York around 1856, having made his fortune in the tea import business. In the mid-1870s he retired from the import business and operated the dairy farm, known as the Short Hills Farm. At the time of his death in 1911, it was claimed that he woned much of the land between Short HIlls Park and Wyoming.
