Promotional Postcard endorsing Roderick D. MacDougall, Republican Candidate for Member of the Millburn Township Committee. Primary Day: Tuesday, September 19, 1939. 8 am to 9 pm (D.S.T). Card features a black and white photograph of MacDougall and a notice that it was paid for by Campaign Committee. Verso of card features a key to New Jersey License Plates for 1939. MacDougall did not win the nomination in 1939 or 1940.
