Members of the Millburn Board of Education at the time were: Russell C. Newhouse (President), William J. Miller, Jr. (Vice-President), Herbert R. Coursen, William O. Heilman, Joseph W. Holoski, Isabel H. Lee, Anita D. Silverstein, Harold A. Smith, and Everett J. Stockman. The back page of the pamphlet contains a notice about the BOE elections on February 9, 1954. Polling places for the election were: George Washington School, Millburn High School, Racquets Club, South Mountain School, Wyoming School, Short Hills School and Glenwood School.
