Millburn-Short Hills American Red Cross metal sign

Object/Artifact
American Red Cross of Millburn-Short Hills metal sign, salvaged from the artifacts in the Millburn Red Cross building, after it closed ca. 2015-2016. The text on the sign is: "American Red Cross; Millburn-Short Hills Chapter; Since 1942." The vinyl(?) red cross on the sign faded to a golden brown color and cracked in several places. Black vinyl lettering for the text is intact and hasn't faded. There are small holes in each corner, presumably for nails or screws, for hanging the sign. The back of the sign has streaks that are evidence of weathering, so the sign was presumably hung outside.
