169 Myrtle Avenue Building Specifications, 1948

Two copies of the type-written specifications for the erection of a one story family dwelling for Dr. and Mrs. Louis A. Brodkin, 169 Myrtle Avenue, Millburn dated April 26, 1948 and prepared by Rudolph Kruger, A.I.A., 11 Hill Street, Newark, NJ. 21 pp. Contains complete description of work to be done. Drawings are not included. The house remained in the Brodkin family until 2004.
