Millburn Cab Matchbook Cover

Object/Artifact
Matchbook cover (no matches shipped with it) from Millburn Cab in Millburn, probably at 2 Essex Street, per the 1950 city directory and newspaper ads. A Millburn Cab company business card in the collection notes it was "opposite the Millburn station." The cover has bumped corners, edgewear, and holes where the staple was removed. The matchbook has an MI 6-1000 telephone number for the company and has "Fare Well With Millburn" near the center fold. The company that made the cover was Wm Kitzmiller of Irvington NJ. The matchbook cover was purchased on eBay from Matt Klein; 4400 Melrose Dr, Lot 19; Wooster OH 44691 in May 2015.
