The outer record cover is detached on three sides, has edge wear on all sides, has bumped corners, and circa 2" stain on back cover near the middle-top. The back of the outer cover has a sketch of the Full Fidelity Recordings building in Cincinnati, Ohio. There are overall scuff marks. An inner paper cover was included, and has a tear on one side, almost to the edge. The concert band conductor was John S. Leister, and the symphony orchestra conductor was Judith M. Eisner.
