The matchbook was purchased on eBay from Pat Klein, 4400 Melrose Drive, #19, Wooster OH 44691 in Mar-Apr 2015. No matches were shipped with it; there are two holes where the staple (that held the matches in place) was removed. Filed in the Millburn Camera file, as Millburn Photo Supply was apparently an earlier iteration of Millburn Camera.
