Neighborhood Association gold-colored rounded medal ca. 1.25". In bas relief across medal is, "Children's Gardens of Millburn" at an angle on left side. On right side is image of man tending a garden with a gate. On back of medal is engraved, "AWARDED BY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION".
