Knollwood Road Wood Street Sign

Object/Artifact
Wood street sign from donor's former Knollwood Road, Short Hills house. Text is lightly incised in the weathered wood, then painted white. On one side there is a knot to the left of the "K" and there are signs of delamination along the growth rings, especially at the top edge. The top edges of both sides are missing long pieces of wood, due to weathering.
